We are aware of recent public statements made online which directly name both our business and individuals, including references to private family members who are not connected to any public or commercial activity. We must be clear that the publication of such statements, particularly those that identify individuals, reference family matters, and make serious allegations, is inappropriate and may be unlawful. This includes the use of personal information obtained from private social media in a public business context.
We categorically deny all allegations of harassment, impersonation, or unethical conduct. These claims are false, damaging, and unsupported by credible evidence. In contrast, we hold comprehensive, time stamped documentation, including screenshots and verified records, which directly contradict these allegations and evidence a pattern of concerning behaviour directed towards our business.
As a business, we have also experienced repeated one star reviews from accounts that do not appear to be genuine customers. While we take such matters seriously, we have chosen to address them through the appropriate reporting channels rather than making unsubstantiated public accusations.
We take privacy, safeguarding, and the wellbeing of our family extremely seriously. Personal matters, especially those involving children, should never be used or discussed in a public or commercial setting.
We are currently taking formal steps to address this matter through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels and are prepared to present our evidence where required. This includes documented proof of online activity, supported by analytics data, which demonstrates repeated and targeted engagement with our business platforms.
