Holiday Surcharge Notice

As Premier Pet Care London, Blackheath’s most trusted and reputable cat-sitting service, bookings made between 24th–28th December are charged at a double rate. This reflects the high seasonal demand and ensures every cat receives the same dedicated, premium care I provide year-round—even during the festive “claws and effect” of Christmas.

Payment is required at time of booking.

Premier Pet Care London can also accommodate additional cats and small pets, such as rabbits, hamsters ,tortoises etc. at an additional cost of £5 per day for each additional pet.

As veterinary qualified and experienced pet sitters, we are comfortable and confident administering various medications and dosages - even for the most tricky kitties!

If your cat needs medical attention, we will promptly reach out to you to discuss the situation and transport your cat to your preferred veterinarian. 

Please be aware that if your cat is unresponsive or requires immediate medical care, we will take your cat to the nearest veterinary clinic and inform you as soon as we arrive.

£30 per 30 minutes from door to door.

Upon Booking Premier Pet Care London, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. There are times (particularly during the school holidays) where we are at full capacity and turning away other bookings. 
due to the nature of this we have a cancellation policy in place. 

Please provide us with 10 days' written notice via email at zoeyspremierpetcarelondon@gmail.com for any cancellations. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. A full refund of 100% will be issued only if we receive the cancellation notice in writing at least 10 days in advance. If you cancel with less than 10 days' notice, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with 7 days or less notice will not be eligible for any refund.

We kindly ask that you provide enough food/supplies for your pets.

£20.00 + cover cost of supplies needed.

Initial meet and greet sessions for new customers are complimentary. 

Your keys are securely stored in our residence, which is equipped with a burglar alarm for added safety. 

During our final visit, we will either post your keys through your letterbox or place them in a secure lock safe, unless you specify otherwise. We frequently offer key holding services for our clients. 

Please note that subsequent key collections and drop-offs will incur a fee of £15 per trip.
